From winning the engagement to delivering the system, I take responsibility for the work. Here are four examples of the projects I have personally led.
For a large US printing business, I led presales, helped leadership establish the ROI case, and took the project through planning and implementation. The software automatically matches vendor bills to sales invoices, attributes charges, and flags discrepancies for review.
Delivered faster than initially planned, the tool helps the customer investigate discrepancies and identify revenue opportunities in their own data.
I designed and executed the move from WP Engine to AWS, covering infrastructure as code, encryption, caching, load testing, payments, and vendor integrations against the customer’s HIPAA-related requirements.
The migration was completed successfully. I also resolved a WooCommerce duplicate-payment defect that had persisted for more than two years.
I designed and implemented a financial data warehouse connecting six intake systems and thirteen feed types, with three demonstration reports. Agent-assisted implementation kept the work within a fraction of the initially planned budget.
The architecture proposal used BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and a custom application to target lower operating costs and preserve a history of data changes.
I supported a US railroad business through software licensing and technical validation, then led the completed move from Rackspace to AWS. The work covered software and data migration, stabilization, repository cleanup, and a structured handover.
I subsequently prepared the AI document-recognition proposal that won the next engagement against much larger competitors.
Projects personally led through another company. Client names are withheld for confidentiality.

Technical direction and delivery ownership alongside your team and suppliers.
USD reference prices. All meetings, preparation, and coordination count toward agreed capacity. Specialist engineering is scoped explicitly.
Implementation and ongoing application care are quoted around the actual work. Monitoring coverage, response expectations, maintenance, and bug-fix capacity are agreed before we start.
I shape the brief, coordinate a suitable specialist, and manage review and handover. Landing pages start at $1,000; websites of up to five pages start at $5,000. Starting prices assume supplied copy and brand assets. Hosting, licenses, and custom functionality are separate.
Role definition, sourcing, interviews, and coordinated technical assessment. The hiring fee is one month’s gross base salary, payable when the engineer starts. That’s annual base salary divided by 12. Specialist assessments are agreed separately.

Based in Spain. Working remotely.I’ve spent 15+ years in software, including 12 in IT outsourcing, serving more than 70 customers across my career. My work connects the commercial case, the technical decisions, and the people responsible for delivery.
I spent three years as a web developer, so I can read code and discuss the implementation behind a proposal. I work with engineers and managers who focus deeply on their specialties. Together, we cover the technical detail while I keep the wider project moving.
Having built startups and worked in ecommerce myself, I understand why unit economics, business metrics, and a clear definition of success belong in the conversation from day one.
Good delivery builds confidence in the company behind it. I help the businesses I work with earn their customers’ trust, strengthen their credibility, and create the basis for a lasting relationship.
I use agentic programming extensively, working with frontier AI models to build and improve software. I remain fully accountable for the delivered results, with clear specifications, testing, and technical review built into the work. I also help businesses integrate AI into everyday processes, from document handling and reporting to repeatable operational tasks.
